Piestar DPx: Team Reporting Update

Piestar has updated the way Team Reporting settings are managed. The new workflow will allow for a smoother method for deciding editor and view-only access when it comes to Team Reporting that is easier to understand. Enabling Team Reporting allows team members to access and collaborate on information submitted by other members within their project. However, we understand there may be instances where you need to create exceptions and restrict certain roles from editing or viewing other team members’ entries.

In these scenarios, you can modify the Team Reporting settings to include View-Only access or even disabling Team Reporting entirely for specific roles. This level of flexibility ensures that you can tailor access permissions according to your project’s requirements.

We recommend taking a moment to review your current Team Reporting settings to ensure they align with your team’s requirements. To get started, navigate to the Forms Dashboard, accessible from the Manage dropdown menu. From there, select Form Settings for each form in your list. You may need to review them form-by-form to tailor them to your specific needs.
