Piestar DPx: Changes Requested

In Data Cleaner, we have added a new tool in which you can request a user to make changes on their submitted entries. Simply leave feedback on an entry, clearly describing the desired changes, and the system will notify the user and generate a mini-session for the user to update their entry.

After submitting a Change Request, the system will pull up a familiar page in which you can set up an email notification timeline. If you would like other members of your team to be notified as well, you can use the contact search to keep them updated on the progress.

After being notified, the user will log in and will see the Change Requests in the Todo’s Widget on their Dashboard. This will navigate them to the appropriate form where they will be able to see the feedback left beneath their entry.

As for Site Coordinators, they will be given a Widget of their own in which they can use to see what Change Requests have been completed and which are still pending. They are also able to use this widget to update their email timeline as well as the deadline date.
