RFx to DPx Export
Applications/Proposals can now be exported from RFx to DPx. This will allow you to port applications/proposals into a new or existing DPx project, while also adding personnel who are identified in the application. To put it simply – you can convert proposals into projects! Here is what this looks like:
To get started, you will find the export options listed on the “Select Proposals” page. For an application to be eligible for export, it must be marked as “Acceptable” or “Acceptable with Modifications”. The proposal must also have the Principle Investigator (PI) field filled out.
Once you have selected a proposal to export, you will be asked if you would like to export it into a new or an existing project. You are also able to export proposals in batch for multiple projects.
The next step will walk you through the Project Settings which will let you choose the Project Type, Reporting Dates, and Reporting Role. If you opt to export into an existing project, it will simply ask you what project you would like to tie the user to and will add them to the personnel page.
